In our books we attempt to remove as many
obstacles as possible to your success in
transitioning to whole foods e.g. not
having to buy expensive equipment, providing
tested recipes with taste appeal, supplying low
cost menus. Nevertheless, change brings
the challenge of adjustment.
Tell us about your
current cooking style. What changes would you
like to make? How do you assess your spouse's
and children's attitudes toward trying new
recipes? What challenges e.g. allergies, health
conditions, tight food budget do you face?
If you are unable or
unwilling to articulate an assessment of your
current cooking situation at this time, then you
are probably not ready to take on the challenge
of transitioning to whole foods cooking. If that
it true, we recommend that you go back to the
home page and research the links that explain
what whole foods cooking is all about before you
fill out the rest of this form.

You've
heard it said that "There are no free
lunches." That's true because you
have to make them. We do offer free recipes, but
you have to do the preparation.
We are inviting you to taste test our
introductory recipes. Then you'll know if what
we offer really fits your needs. Some
recipe procedures are quite different from what
most people are accustomed. For example,
making pancake batter in a blender or soaking
grains.
We are offering the following recipe print outs:
1) Blender Waffle/Pancakes, 2) Baked Parmesan
Chicken, 3) Yogurt Pie, 4) Almond Coffee Cake,
5) Country Creole Peas 'n Corn, 6) Blender
Cornbread, 7) Taco Chip O'le.
