SueGreggCookbooks                        Lifestyle Inventory & Recipe Sampler Request Form

You've heard it said that "There are no free lunches." That's true because you have to make them. We do offer free recipes, but you have to do the preparation.

It is easy to fill out a form and it is easy for us to respond with free recipes. But it is what you do in your kitchen that really counts. That is why action not just words really matters.

We are asking that you try at least one of our introductory recipes before you fill this form out. Then you'll know if what we have to offer really fits your needs.

Some recipe procedures are quite different from what most people are accustomed.  For example, making pancake batter in a blender or soaking grains. So review this form. Then click: Online Starter Recipes with Sue Gregg to begin your whole foods adventure.

Select one recipe (we recommend Blender Batter Waffle/Pancakes). If children are present, do it with them. Then return to this page and complete this form.
