The SueGreggCookbooks style is called "Healthy Whole Foods."  In our cookbooks and publications we attempt to remove as many obstacles as possible to your success in transitioning to whole foods e.g. not having to buy expensive equipment, providing tested recipes with taste appeal, supplying low cost menus.  Nevertheless, change brings the challenge of adjustment.

#1 TELL YOUR STORY

Identify the most important item you checked above.
How many people do you regularly serve meals to.
    How did you find SueGreggCookbooks?
e.g. Searching the internet, A friend or relative,
             Old Schoolhouse Magazine, etc.
    Describe your current cooking style.
e.g. Meat & Potatoes, Three Square Meals, Vegetarian,
Italian, Mexican, Fend For Yourself, Fast Food, Pizza, Dine out, etc.
What changes would you like to make?
How do you assess your spouse's and children's attitudes toward trying new recipes?
    What challenges
e.g. allergies, health conditions, tight food budget, etc. do you face?

Please write your narrative in the box below.

NOTE: Changing one's cooking and eating patterns is not a casual endeavor. The reality tv show "Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution" illustrates the formidable obstacles to change in the culture. The movie "Super Size Me" demonstrates the consequences of following what the fast food culture promotes.

If you are choosing to go against the cultural flow, then SueGreggCookbooks is here to supply you with part of the solution: Wholesome Whole Foods Recipes.

Take a reality check. If you are unable or unwilling to articulate an assessment of your current cooking situation at this time, then you are probably not ready to take on the challenge of transitioning to whole foods cooking. If that it true, we recommend that you go back to the home page (www.suegregg.com) and research the links that explain what whole foods cooking is all about.

#2 SELECT A RECIPE
You've heard it said that "There are no free lunches." That's true because you have to make them. We do offer free recipes, but you have to do the preparation.

We are inviting you to taste test our introductory recipes. Then you'll know if what we offer really fits your needs. Some recipe procedures are quite different from what most people are accustomed.  For example, making pancake batter in a blender or soaking grains.

We are offering a variety of recipes for you to test:  Blender Waffle/Pancakes, Baked Parmesan Chicken, Yogurt Pie, Almond Coffee Cake, Country Creole Peas 'n Corn, Blender Cornbread, Taco Chip O'le.

Select the first recipe you would like to prepare from the list above.

Please enter your recipe selection in the box above.
