     I highly recommend considering this for a high school home economics credit course. Normally I would not have considered purchasing a cooking curriculum because our family cooks every day. I followed instructions to make dough, and then I separated the dough in half. I placed each half in a greased bread pan and let them rise until the dough rose to the level of the pans. I baked them at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. The recipe for the dough was easy to follow and much to my amazement my bread turned out wonderful! . . . The Nourishing Homemaker
