In the 1990's Mary Lou and her husband, Mel, were invited to St. Petersburg, Russia to direct the Navigator  CoMission efforts for 5 years. Having completed their work there they now reside in Tallinn, Estonia.

   The Dukes could be relaxed in retirement in Texas enjoying their grandchildren, but after learning Russian, they are now focusing on mastering another language, Estonian, and new friendships with people in the "singing nation" only 20 minutes by air south of Helsinki, Finland.

   Gifted with "people building" skills, Mel and Mary Lou Duke specialize in helping young Estonians develop their gifts as Christ followers through Bible studies and counseling.
