Red Cabbage (Sweet & Sour)

AMOUNT:
Serves 6 to 8
Prepare
ingredients and add to deep pan:
2 Tbsp Butter, melted
1 Medium Head Red Cabbage, shredded
2 Tart Apples, sliced
1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp Salt
1/4 to 1/2 Cup Honey
1/2 Cup Water
Cover & Simmer Until Tender About 20 Minutes.
Remove
Lid, Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp Whole Grain Flour (as Spelt, Kamut, Wheat)
Replace Lid,
Steam for 5 Minutes, Stir & Serve
