Red Cabbage (Sweet & Sour)

ASSEMBLE INGREDIENTS


PREPARE ASSEMBLED INGREDIENTS
Shred 1 Medium Head Red Cabbage
Melt 2 Tbsp Butter in Deep Pan
Slice 2 Tart Apples
Add 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
Add 1 Tbsp Salt
Add 1/4 to 1/2 Cup Honey
Stir While Mixture is Searing for About 3 Minutes
Add 1/2 Cup Water, Cover & Simmer Until Tender About 20 Minutes
Remove Lid, Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp Whole Grain Flour (as Spelt, Kamut, Wheat)

 

Replace Lid, Steam for 5 Minutes, Stir & Serve
