Ah, a medieval feast for a crowd and thankfully, without stone hard trencher bread!  
Serving boys eager to light your way. Musicians to entertain your ears. Wenches at your service, Sir! 

   Satiate appetites with the Earl's forest mushroom soup. (Judged by our revelers as the most sumptuous dish of the evening)  Vegetarian dishes accompanied with barley casserole, apple compote, lentils, veggies, and baked wheat shell. Richly flavored tender elk filets in thick cheese sauce were the venison choice of the evening. But please hold the cheese sauce.  This is not a pizza house!  And thank ye for the refreshing berry sauce. A bit too sweet perhaps.
